In accordance with Orca’s bylaws, the Orca Governance Council has held a special meeting to determine which members wish to be re-elected for the 2026 term. The re-election candidates are:
1. Cortina
2. Lakshman Sankar
3. Chadwick Miller
4. Tim Westcott
5. Christopher Montagano
A Council proposal to re-elect the candidates will go live shortly; the voting period will last for 10 days, ending on the 1st December 2025, and the Tokenholder veto period will last for 4 days, ending on the 5th December 2025. Tokenholders may also cast veto votes during the voting period.
Please take this opportunity to share your thoughts about this year’s Council term and your hopes for 2026. If this proposal passes, there will be 2 vacancies, which would subsequently be filled pursuant to the open election process set forth in the bylaws. Stay tuned for the call for self-nominations!
